Just wanted to pass along a positive experience I had at one of your locations today. Earlier this week, I started my car, shifted into Drive, and nothing happened. I was afraid my Transmission was blown. Checked symptoms online and it seemed my Shift Cable had broken or become disconnected. I was worried I would be told it was something worse and would cost a fortune to fix. Had it towed to the Aamco at 3019 W. Hillsborough Ave in Tampa FL before noon today. The staff there was great, very helpful, honest, and friendly. They replaced my cable, and I was out by later in the afternoon. All staff interactions are to be commended. You have a great staff there. I witnessed several instances of them doing what they could to service other customers and even save them money. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.
